The Rebound Therapy Institute

The Rebound Therapy Institute is an association of Rebound Therapy trainers and those who are studying or would like to learn more about Rebound Therapy.

Full membership of the RTI is available to all who have successfully completed an approved Rebound Therapy training course, providing they have agreed to uphold and abide by the values of the constitution (See below).
Full membership is valid for 3 years from the date of completion of the course. It is renewable for a further 3 years after attending an approved one-day refresher workshop.

Associate membership is available to those who do not hold a current qualification, providing they have agreed to uphold and abide by the values of the constitution (See below).

Costs of membership:

Full membership is free of charge to eligible UK and Eire residents.

Full membership for eligible overseas residents is £25 per year.

Associate membership is £25 per year

Please contact us by email if you would like to apply for Full membership. Advise us of your full name, the date and venue of your course and your tutor's name.

If you require associate membership, please click here. You will be taken to a page where you can apply online.
In the 'Course Date' and 'Course Venue' boxes, write N/A.
In the notes box at the bottom, write 'RTI Associate membership'

• Evidence of up to date accredited training
• Certificate accepted for insurance purposes (UK)
• The right to use the letters MRTI after your name
• The right to use the trademark phrase “Rebound Therapy” to describe your work
• The right to use the “approved” logo on your paperwork (available on request via email)
• Unlimited access to email and telephone advice
• Access to supporting papers for tutors and trainers
• Relevant information updates by email

Constitution

• To pursue contribution towards fulfillment of the individual by developing personal qualities, attitudes and social skills through structured and progressive Rebound Therapy activities, subject to the participant's ability.
  
• To provide an enjoyable, health giving and worthwhile recreational and therapeutic activity for all participants.
  
• To encourage and enable participants to have a goal to work towards at all times.
  
• To ensure the integrity and standard of instructors is maintained to a high standard
