Brain Stimulation
For the Trampoline or Rebounder

A creative add-on module for qualified practitioners and coaches
Designed for qualified Rebound Therapy or Flexi-Bounce Therapy practitioners – as well as trampoline coaches – this course explores how to use the trampoline or rebounder to stimulate the brain through fun, structured movement activities.
You’ll learn how to create dozens of brain-challenging exercises that develop:
Concentration
Coordination (authentic and sequenced)
Balance
Cross-lateral movement
Memory
These exercises are ideal for ‘free time’ sessions – when students aren’t following a structured programme – and can be adapted for a wide range of physical disabilities and motor impairments. Perfect for making every moment on the trampoline purposeful and playful.
