Making Therapy Fun – Every Day!
Flexi-Bounce Therapy is a structured programme using an orthopaedic-quality rebounder.
It was created to complement Rebound Therapy and to provide students with the chance to enjoy the same physical and therapeutic benefits on a daily basis, in any convenient setting.
While full-sized trampolines are ideal, many schools and therapists face challenges: limited equipment, high student numbers, and lack of space or budget. This often means Rebound Therapy sessions happen just once or twice a week – or stop completely during school holidays.
Flexi-Bounce Therapy is the solution.
It enables schools, centres, therapists, carers and parents to deliver safe, effective sessions in classrooms, homes, or therapy rooms – bridging the gap between Rebound Therapy sessions.

Measuring Progress
Flexi-Bounce Therapy makes use of the Huddersfield Functional Index (HFI), a system that breaks down exercises into five levels (0–4).
This enables carers, therapists and teachers to:
-
Accurately measure student progress
-
Provide clear evidence of outcomes
-
Adapt programmes for virtually all ability levels
Carers of ambulant students are advised to follow the graded development plans. For students with more complex needs, carers should liaise with the individual’s physiotherapist or occupational therapist to ensure exercises complement existing programmes.
