Operations Manager

Due to the continued growth of Rebound Therapy, we are seeking to appoint a full-time member of staff to join our leadership team.

As the Operations Manager, you will learn and share responsibility for running the Rebound Therapy office alongside our Resources Director. You will support the smooth delivery of our training courses and help ensure everything behind the scenes operates to a high standard. Reporting to the CEO and Financial Director, you will play a key part in our continued growth.

This full-time role begins in April 2026 and will be based at our new office which will be situated between Caterham and East Grinstead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on and arranging training courses.

• Booking tutors and managing course logistics.

• Invoicing and processing payments.

• Following up with delegates after training.

• Coordinating email marketing and social media activity.

• Handling written communication and telephone enquiries.

• Supporting general office operations.

The Company

The Rebound Therapy organisation (known as ReboundTherapy.org) is the founding organisation, governing body and international consultancy for Rebound Therapy - a specialised use of trampolines that enhances movement, balance, muscle tone, sensory integration, communication, and much more.

Development commenced in 1969 by Eddy Anderson, it provides therapeutic exercise and recreational enjoyment for individuals with a wide range of additional needs – from mild learning disabilities to profound physical and sensory impairments.

The therapy uses a structured methodology and assessment framework to ensure measurable progress and safe, effective outcomes.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Creative, logical and quick to learn.

• Confident with written communication and telephone conversations.

• Comfortable managing several tasks at once.

• Interested in inclusive physical activity and the work we do.

• In possession of a valid driving licence.

• Living within 45 minutes of Godstone, Surrey (or happy to relocate).

We are seeking a candidate who is not only passionate about trampolining and inclusive physical activity for people with disabilities, but also creative, logical, and a fast learner. Strong written communication skills and an excellent telephone manner are essential.

Applicants must hold a valid driving licence and live within 45 minutes of Godstone, Surrey, or be willing to relocate.

Looking for Rebound Therapy practitioners who would be interested and available to help run some Rebound Therapy sessions at their venue from 1-3pm on a Wednesday, starting in June.

Seeking cover coaches and potential team members to join our dedicated staff. We are looking for qualified Rebound Therapy coaches, though other relevant qualifications may be considered.

As a special needs centre, experience working with individuals with special needs is essential. If you're passionate about making a difference and meet the requirements, we'd love to hear from you!

Looking for a part time Rebound Therapy and special needs trampolining teacher to join our team.

Enthusiasm and a desire to work with people with disabilities is more important than experience. Training and mentoring can be arranged if necessary, for the right person.
